Ever since I was a little girl, I had a passion for design and rejuvenating the spaces that I used so that I could LOVE spending time in them. Going into university, I knew that I wanted to pursue design, so I studied Architecture, which encompassed design from the bones out.
Moving to the Valley during its boom created many opportunities for me to help people on their journeys of growth. I have had the pleasure of working with families with many firsts. If its their first house, their first home upgrade, or their first Airbnb, I am there to see their visions and projects through. With several personal investments, I have gained extensive experience in the design and Airbnb industry, notably with local sources and vendors, which makes all projects much easier for my clients.
PROJECT MANAGER
MOHAMMAD EKBATANI
My interest in property investing stemmed from a small vacation I booked to Arizona. I stayed at an Airbnb that was a guest house at someone's primary residence. I found out that this creative revenue stream was paying their mortgage, and it sparked a new passion in me! Only a month later, I invested in my first home with a unit that I converted into an Airbnb, and the rest is history.
My experience has allowed me to scout successful properties, arrange a team, and then convert the space into a beautiful and successful Airbnb. As for those just looking for design services, I will help ensure that your project is executed in an efficient and timely manner.

We have developed strong relationships with suppliers and retailers of every major aspect of a home build or remodel to help provide exceptional results. Our list includes cabinet and flooring suppliers to furniture and tapestry retailers just to name a few. We also provide full transparency in costs by giving our clients the benefits of our memberships with select suppliers and retailers. This can be in the form of free delivery, free returns, price cuts, and/or prioritization for our clients. These perks can be enough to make the design process worthwhile through us!
